Lets just take a minute to forget about relationships or being single pringles this valentines and really think about you. Today is all about making sure you actually get that 'me time' you've been promising yourself and really relax! Whether that]s before a date or after a long day of work. Everyone deserves to be a pampered princess today of all days. If you're not being spoilt by a loved one this valentines then its even more reason to treat yourself! I've got a few items that'll leave you looking and feeling like a million bucks!
Now I don't know about you, but I LOVE to get glammed on valentines day! (Even if it is all just for me ;) ) Its such a confidence boost! My favourite look to create is a super seductive smokey eye, I mean, who could resist it?? Especially if you add in some of the gorgeous shimmers from the Innocent Collection Freedom Pro 32 Eye Collection Palette. Its absolutely stunning and very pigmented, containing a mixture of matte and shimmery shades. That combined with Bourjois Ultra Black Fine Liner and Maybellines Push Up Angel Mascara will make the perfect sultry eye look!
Next up we have Revolutions Golden Sugar 2 blush palette.. I literally have no words for it! Its just beautiful! All the colours seem to compliment my skin and really highlight my facial features. Can we also just take a minute to appreciate the baked blushes though? This palette has been a favourite of mine for nearly a year now and yet it still looks just as good as the day i got it! The colours are massively pigmented so delicacy is required when applying it as a little bit really does go a long way. Finally in the makeup category we have the new Matte Me Up lip kits from Barrym. These are a matte style liquid lipstick and literally don't transfer at all! (If you don't believe me check out my video putting these kits to the test ;) ) They are perfect for valentines or any time really because lets face it, who doesn't love a matte lip look??
Now we're onto the proper pampering part of today's post.. Bath time! Just look how cute Lushs' Cupid bath bomb is! I cant wait to use it, it smells phenomenal. That being said, if your aren't a lover of sweet smells it might not be the best for you. But any Lush bath bomb will leave you feeling relaxed and in a world of your own. That combined with Soap and Glory's Righteous Butter will leave your skin feeling super soft and supple. Finally for this section we have some false nails. These are the Makeup Galleries and only actually cost £1.00! They also just so happen to be the only false nails I can get to stay on for longer then 1/2 days, i wore them for nearly a week last time and only had to re-glue one! They are definitely worth it and can be found in your local Poundland,
The final section is all about those vital fragrances. Topping off our makeup and pamper session are these gorgeous scents. On the right we have the Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy perfume. This fragrance is exactly what it says, super sweet smelling reminding us of a cross between a cotton candy and vanilla scent. This is my favourite perfume to wear and I always seem to get compliments when I've got it on! Finally we have the new Victorias Secret Pine Seduction Body mist. This again lives up to its name, if your aren't a sweet fragrance kinda gal then this is for you. It has a musky pine scent which is just enticing and although it is a body mist, it stays on almost all day so its definitely worth it.
