For today's post I thought I'd experiment a little bit more out of the beauty category and delve into the world of fashion. In case you didn't already know another passion of mine aside my makeup obsession is my love for clothing! And what better way to show off my personal take on the current trends then by sitting on a wall.. *ahem* I mean modelling. Posing in public isn't something I'm used to so this photo shoot REALLY pushed me out of my comfort zone! However, I'm over the moon with the results. I hope you guys like it as much as I do!
Everywhere I look at the moment all I see is the 'revival' of the urban/grungy fashion era, and I'm loving it! I love the fact its all about bringing out the inner confidence you might not have ever thought you had. I mean, who doesn't feel 'bad-ass' and empowered when wearing a leather jacket? They're just such a statement! The one I'm wearing was from Newlook early last year and I've not seen anything like it since!
I love that it has a fur lining on the collar as I feel this adds a touch of class to the look. All in all, you cant go wrong with a black leather jacket, you can dress it up ,down and even sideways if you wanted.. Its completely up to you! (Although sideways might be slightly impractical, what with the laws of physics and all).

I've combined some black ripped skinny jeans with a sportif style shirt and a pair of black hi-tops with rose gold trimmings to create my Urban look. I find these two styles blend together seamlessly to create that street-wise look you're going for. But I have to say this outfit wouldn't be complete without the choker. Im obsessed with them at the moment! They just seem to go with any and every outfit I choose. Below is a close up of a lace one I bought in an online set and also that fur-lined trim I mentioned on the jacket earlier.
The final thing I have to say about this is that I love a good ol' fashion monochrome outfit! If you're ever in doubt go black and white, or black on black, either way whatever you're wearing will look sleek and on trend.
